- The camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi and does not support 5GHz WiFi.
- An SD card is not included with the camera.
- Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz as the camera cannot connect to 5GHz WiFi. The WiFi password should not exceed 18 characters. - Position the solar panel where it receives direct sunlight without obstructions like buildings or trees to ensure proper charging. - The camera does not support RTSP, ONVIF, NVR, or FTP, and is not compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant. - It supports only smartphones and tablets, not PCs or Windows devices. - The camera is compatible with CloudPlus and CloudEdge apps.

Memory Card Issues:
If the memory card (not included) is not recognized:
- Format the TF card to FAT32 format using a computer before inserting. - Insert or remove the TF card when the camera is turned off. - Use a class 10 or higher high-speed TF card, with a recommended capacity of 8-64GB.
