Dekala Sound Machine powered and the battery backup

The Dekala sound machine is powered by a USB-C (5V/2A) connection. It comes with a USB Type-A to Type-C cable and an ETL-listed USB power adapter. Unfortunately, there is no battery backup for the Sunset sound machine.

The Dekala APP serves the purpose of successfully connecting our product to the WIFI and extracting data from the designated location. Rest assured, it does not have access to your personal information. You have the option to check and adjust the privacy settings.

Product size and weight

The dimensions of the Dekala Sound Machine are 4.2in7.8in6.7in, and it weighs 1.14LB. The majority of the weight is located at the bottom of the device, making it less prone to being knocked over.

Turning off the alarm clock

To turn off the alarm clock, simply press the ‘Alarm 1/Alarm 2’ button on the device. The app will then provide options to either disable the alarm or activate the snooze function. You can choose to stop the alarm.

Required WIFI band for Dekala App

The Dekala App only supports 2.4G WIFI. Most routers provide both 2.4G and 5G bands, including the one in your home. You can hide the 2.4G option during the setup process.
